Terms and Conditions

Before booking any of our services you must read the below information. Once you have booked and confirmed a session/walk/home visit this will be taken as agreement of the below terms and conditions.

You must not knowingly book a dog that shows aggression or severe nervousness, UNLESS it is specifically attending a session to address these issues. If you do not advise us of a potential problem and your dog displays unwarranted aggression you will not be entitled to a refund

We do not hold any responsibility if the training methods do not work, the training will only succeed if continuous training is adopted throughout the dog’s life. 

Unless otherwise notified to us we will assume that both dog and owner and fit and capable of completing the training when booking.

For our One to One Home Consultations and additional training sessions, the trainer agrees to provide private lessons for the client and dog on a lesson-by-lesson basis, the goal is to teach the client how to obedience train and work with the dog. These lessons will take place at the clients home and or other environments deemed necessary for the development of the dog with its particular issues or problems. The trainer will make every reasonable effort to help the client achieve training and behaviour modification goals but makes no guarantee of dog’s performance or behaviour as a result of providing professional dog sessions. The client understands the he /she and members of the household must follow the trainer’s instructions without modification, work with the dog either daily or as recommended by the trainer, and constantly reinforce the training behaviour being given to the dog.

Liability: 

If Dog causes property damage, or bites or injures any dog, animal or person (including but not limited to Trainer and Trainer’s agents), during or after the term of this Agreement, then Client agrees to pay all resulting losses and damages suffered or incurred, and to defend and indemnify Trainer and Trainer’s agents from any resulting claims, demands, lawsuits, losses, costs or expenses, including attorney fees. If Dog is injured in a fight or in any other manner during or after the term of the Agreement, Client assumes the risk and agrees that Trainer should not be held responsible for any resulting injuries, losses, damages, costs or expenses. At Trainer's sole election, Trainer's duties hereunder shall terminate if (a) in Trainer's sole judgement Dog is dangerous or vicious to Trainer or any other person or animal, or interferes with the training of other dogs, or (b) Client breaches any term or condition of this Agreement.
